State Coordinator and Representative Requirements
If you wish to Represent the SSFOA, please first join the organization by going to JOIN SSFOA and filling out the form. You will be notified when your membership is accepted.
SSFOA National Headquarters will appoint and notifiy State Coordinators and Representatives as they are approved.
Please read the specifications required to represent the SSFOA organization.
State Coordinators
State Coordinators have been registered and paid a fee in their state to do business such as conduct fundraisers and ask for donations.
It is imperative for SSFOA SCs to be a member of SSFOA and join the SC/REP yahoo board. SSFOA must know at all times what is happening in the name of the organization. Absenteeism will not be tolerated.
Recruit new members and maintain membership records
Maintain required records pertaining to donations received, fundraisers, memberships, ect.
Send any monies/inkind donations collected immediatley to National.
Monthly report required
State Reps
SSFOA representatives have not been registered in their state to do business. Therefore may not hold fundraisers or "ask" for donations. However Reps may receive donations if approached but may not solicit.
It is imperative for SSFOA Reps to be a member of SSFOA and join the SC/REP yahoo board. SSFOA must know at all times what is happening in the name of the organization. Absenteeism will not be tolerated.

Maintain monthly reports to National
If donation is received, send directly to National.
