The Silver Star Families of America collects personal information (full name, mailing address, phone #, and email address) online from those visiting our site for the purposes of becoming a member of our organization, sponsoring a Silver Star Banner for our wounded heroes, and/or leaving a message on our site's Message Board.

Keeping Your Personal Information Accurate

If your personal information changes or you would like to review the personal information we may have on file, please email us with the new information or your review request at Webmaster.  Let us also know what led to your submission of personal information (became a SSFOA member, sponsored a banner, made a donation, or requested our newsletter), so that we quickly locate your information.

Computer Tracking and Cookies

The Silver Star Families of America website is not set up to electronically track, collect, or distribute personal information not entered by visitors.  Our site logs do generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our site.  This information is used for internal purposes, but we cannot identify the visitor or the visitor's address.

The Silver Star Families of America is a non-partisan, not-for-profit charitable organization committed to supporting the United States Wounded Military Members and Veterans from all wars, past and present,  and honoring their sacrifice with Silver Star Banners.Content within this web site is the sole property of  The Silver Star Families of America"All photos and letters sent to the SSFOA become the property of the organization to be used in any way we deem appropriate."
